Once you've placed your order one of our dedicated account specialists will confirm your Quick Ship order details and send your order to production.

Custom Orders from our Quick Ship Collection are eligible to ship within 5-7 business days after proof approval.

Please be prepared to confirm all Custom Order details at the time you place your order.

Examples include:
- Finalized logo / artwork
- Confirm decoration details that meet your brand guidelines

For Quick Ship Custom Orders your proof must be reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt to maintain estimated Quick Ship date.

The in-hands date is dependent upon the custom order shipping address.

Our flat ground shipping rates apply to all branded and decorated orders within the continental United States (exceptions may apply).

To qualify for Quick Shipping, all items, styles and colors within the order must be part of our Quick Ship Collection.

Please note certain colors per style may be eligible for Quick Shipping, while other colors may not be eligible. This is determined by the available inventory by brand.

Your Quick Ship Custom Order timeline may change if there is a delay in communications, confirming order details, adjustments to the decoration instructions, multiple logos per item, and or inventory availability.
